Wed, Nov 10

Oh my, I barely got 6hrs of sleep last night. This late night stuff has got to stop!!

FOOD

BF = banana w/ almond butter

Snack = apple + three 71% cacao disks

Lunch = fajita chicken & steak with guacamole, 5 paleo cookies

Snack = apple + four 71% cacao disks

Dinner = apple, 6 paleo cookies

Yeah, food-wise today wasn't the best. But at least it was all still paleo (except maybe the chocolate since technically it's not 85%). I was simply most proud of the fact that while at the mexican food restaurant today, I didn't eat cheese, chips, or tortillas. That, in my book, is a feat next to a miracle for myself. What will power!

WOD
Crossfit OFF day. Did an hour of karate, working falls and throws. Definitely will have bruised arms and elbows shortly. Stupid wood floors. I guess I should be glad it wasn't cement.
