Thur, Nov 11

Was in bed at 9:30pm last night, so feeling a little more refreshed. My elbows are a little sore, but what doesn't kill me makes me stronger, right? It was a loooong day overall. Late night at work (got home a little before midnight) makes for a sleepy chica! And because I didn't plan better food-wise for a super-long day at work, it was another not-so-great yet still all paleo day.

FOOD

BF = fruit/spinach smoothie

Lunch = bbq pulled pork, spinach salad, 5 paleo cookies

Snack = apple + almonds

Dinner = ten 71% cacao disks + apple

Late snack = banana

I was  H U N G R Y  last night!!! Thankfully a co-worker was nice enough to give me his banana. Maybe my stomach was rumbling too loudly, interrupting work.  :P
