Sat, Nov 6

FOOD

BF = apple

Snack = 2 fried eggs

Lunch = spinach/avocado salad + apple

Snack = Unfortunately I didn't do so well while at Sam's Club. Darnit, they had free samples of pie. I went for a sliver of pumpkin pie, and Owen wanted cherry. But he didn't like it, so I ate it for him. It was my first cheat since starting the Paleo challenge. I felt guilty, but it was oh so good. Noted I felt a little 'off' for a couple of hours thereafter. Sugar and processed carbs overloading the system? Had to have been that canned cherry pie filling...

Dinner = beef/veggie soup

WOD

1hr karate

then

250m row
10 lunges
5 burpees

WOD - partner wod

400m farmer's walk with 1PU kettlebell in each hand; other partners run 400m+
Each person then completes (1 at a time):
25 pull ups
40 sit ups
50 push ups
65 air squats
100 DU (or 150 singles)
