From yesterday's post you saw I went to bed early last night. Amazingly I slept well, only to be awakened by the alarm. Normally when I go to bed that early I pop up about an hour or two before the alarm, so that tells me my body obviously needed the rest. Now I'm not feeling so bad about having skipped yesterday's workout. However, I've had the worst sinus headache today. I'm not stopped up and have no problems breathing, but I took some sinus stuff anyway. Didn't seem to help. Hope I'm not coming down with something worse! I already had my flu shot.
FOOD
Appetite hasn't decreased any, so I guess that's a good sign.
BF = scrambled eggs
Lunch = roast beef, carrots, spinach/avocado salad, 75% dark choco w/ almonds
Snack = grapes
Later snack = apple
Dinner = fruit/spinach smoothie

It was going to be a karate night tonight, but that was up for debate as I left work a little late. On the way, something popped in my sinus cavity and pain ensued. It was then I decided to go home and mire in my misery, not wanting to tilt my head the slightest bit.
being sick is a bummer. i hope you get to feeling better soon, C!
