Mon, Nov 15

I popped up at 4am this morning, ready to go. But when I saw the time I made myself go back to sleep for another hour. Big mistake. All that achieved was making me groggy by the time I was supposed to really get up. Luckily I didn't drive today, so I could sneak in a nice 45min nap on the way to work.

FOOD

BF = spinach/fruit smoothie

Snack = banana + almonds

Lunch = chicken salad lettuce wraps, pumpkin pudding + half square 86% cacao

Snack = almonds + apple

RESULT = 6:30 using 55#, and that was quite a challenge in and of itself due to my back being sore from yesterday's team WOD! My back was tight after this wod. I rolled it out some and then Coach J did a quick torture routine on me and slathered BioFreeze. Ahh...

I have video of the WOD (only Tami & I were present), but unfortunately the ThinkPoint virus outsmarted the spouse. So until I have fixed that little issue I won't be posting more pics/video.  :(
