Thurs, Nov 18

Felt good this morning after sleeping a full 8hrs last night.

FOOD

BF = fruit smoothie

Snack =  banana + almonds

Lunch =  hamburger patty with half an avocado (squished) + 4 pieces of bacon, crispy & broken up and mixed in with the avocado, smeared on top of the patty. YUM! Broccoli, apple sauce + 3 pieces of 78-85% cacao. I'm experimenting with some new brands!


Snack =  apple

Dinner =  another apple (worked late)


WOD


Off day again. Worked late, got home around 8:15pm, and hit the sack at 8:30pm.
