Sun, Nov 28

BF = 2 fried eggs, orange juice, 2 pieces toast with homemade apricot jam

Lunch = stew + corn bread, gold-n-nugget bar

Snack = grapes & chips

Dinner = last of thanksgiving leftovers (broccoli cheese rice casserole & dressing), bday cake for dessert

WOD

Again, no wod.

Last day of nonsense eating -- but I sure did enjoy every minute of it!
