Spent last night with Auntie Laura and slept all right. Owen was in the bed with me, and kept squirming all night. Doesn't make for the best of sleep, but the bed was awesome!

BF = 7 paleo pancakes, banana
Lunch = black bean/salsa/gr beef/avocado on lettuce wraps
Snack = 3 tangerines
Dinner = homemade pizza!!!
WOD
Visited the Westlake Crossfit box on Cuernavaca. Showed up 2 min late because I missed it first couple times around. But they were really nice, and welcomed me into their little niche. Great wod, though. Unfortunately no pics/vid. :(

Card 1 = 1 snatch/C+J, 3 thrusters, 5 HPCs, 7 DLs
Card 2 = 9 push ups, 11 pull ups, 13 KB swings (35#)
Card 3 = 15 jump squats, 17 ball slams, 19 sit ups
Card 4 = 21 burpees
RESULT = 13:56. Did 45# bar snatch, but was able to do it successfully despite worries over shoulder! Weight is same for Card 1.
