Recupe/veg day! We slept in from all the partying we did yesterday.
FOOD
BF = banana
Snack = 6 paleo pancakes
Lunch = tuna salad + apple
Dinner = hamburger patty w/ bacon and avocado, tangerine
WOD
Nothing. Like I mentioned above, it was a total vegitation day. I even took a nap with Owen!!
