Happy 3rd birthday to Owen!!
Whew, last night was a late night at the box. It took us forever to get through the 1RM's, but I bet had we not gabbed quite as much we could've gotten it over with quicker. But again, many PRs were set last night, so I think most everyone is quite pleased with their efforts.
FOOD
BF = fruit/spinach smoothie, 4 pieces of bacon
Snacks = 2 boiled eggs + banana
Lunch = tuna salad, applesauce
Snack = apple
Dinner = 1.5 hamburger patties, fruit/spinach smoothie
WOD
OFF night. And thank goodness, too, because I was exhausted. I'm even hitting the sack early so as to get 8hrs of sleep!
