Well, it seems sleep has done me some good. I woke up this morning with none of the previous night's ailments. Apparently, whatever popped in my head (and hopefully not a blood vessel) seemed to have eventually released pressure while I snoozed the night away.

FOOD

BF = banana w/ almond butter, 2 weenies from a sausage roll that I picked apart to salvage out the meat

Snack = almonds, an apple

Lunch = Saltgrass wagon boss w/ broccoli, and a salad with avocado added

Dinner = fruit/spinach smoothie

Result = 10 rnds + 1 HSPU:  for 2 rnds, used 1 pad for HSPU, the rest used 2 pads


Note in the video my stomp is pretty much non-existent. The more I think and try to work on it, the worse my form gets. I haven't gotten to the "AHA!" moment with that yet...
