Tues, Nov 23

Slept great last night, ready to rock-n-roll this morning. Could be that I'm just excited about this Thanksgiving break!


FOOD

Lunch =  grilled cheese, banana, a few chips


Snack =  grapes


Dinner =  gr beef/avocado/black beans/salsa on lettuce wraps; 6 chips with cheese dip, 2 small slices of bday cake, lovingly provided by Auntie Laura for Owen's belated bday party!

RESULT = 11:41, using 45# bar with red plates



Took measurements today after the Paleo Challenge, compared to what I had taken at the end of Sept 29. I've lost approx 9 inches!!

Neck = 12.875"
R Bicep = 11.875"
