Sat, Nov 13

FOOD

BF = paleo pancakes + bacon

Snack =  apple

Lunch = chicken salad, spinach/avocado salad, pumpkin pudding + half block of 86% cacao

Snack =  none

Dinner = not sure what to call it, but it's gr beef, black beans, salsa,and avocado in a lettuce wrap

 










WOD
No crossfit today. 2 hr brown belt workout for karate though.
