RESULT = 10:35 but I did 5 rnds of kipping PUs before trading to ring rows for the other 5 rnds. I didn't care to further rip my hands (see Micahel's war wounds below). Also used purple band on ring dips.
DLs: 40% = 80#, 50% = 100#, 60% = 120#. I gotta say, after the previous DL stuff we've done these really seemed like cake!

last night was a good one! pull ups, ring dips, and hand stands, OH MY! ...i do believe i'm in for a rest day though :)
