Wed, 8/15

Warmup:

   20 jumping jacks
   20 pass thrus
   10 OHS
   20 good mornings
   10 lunges
   stretching

Strength/Skill:
   briefly worked handstand walk
   2-2-2-2-2 snatch balance (4x48#, 1x43#)  -->  fatigued quickly (note to self:  work this more, must drop sooner)

WOD: 




pullups = RX
DLs = 135#
pushups = RX
BJs = 20"
KBs = 35#
HPC = 65#















Results:





Oh, but I ripped my hands something fierce on those last few pullups!! DANGIT!! And right before competition, in 3 days.  *sigh*  Not a happy camper...
















48# snatch balance; I fatigued quickly & wound up dumping a lot tonight (whoopsies!)

you try 50 strict pushups unbroken after the other stuff & see how far you get... I was about halfway through these when I couldn't even do sets of 5 anymore. Had to break them up by 2s

box jumps -- well, at least it was the medium tier box

the grip on these gets more difficult as you go along

at least I was able to crank these outs (by sets of 5)
