Tues, 8/28

Warmup/WOD/Results:
Warmup = 3x:  30 jumping jacks, 10 pushups, 10 air squats, spiderman stretch
Strength = back squat holds at 90% 1RM
WOD = 10min AMRAP:  50' burpee broad jumps, 15 pullups
Results:  (125#) 4 rnds RX
