Fri, 8/8

Warmup/WOD:
-  1/4mile run to CrossFit OTS3 
-  500m row
-  1/4mile run to the pool
-  150 burpees divided by 5 ppl
-  40 laps in the pool (short pool); I got in about 12 while everyone else picked up the rest. Then I did some extra, for about 22 laps total.  LOVE LOVE LOVE the swimming
