Tues, 8/14

Warmup/Strength/WOD:


 Warmup consisted of:
-  pass thrus
-  OHS squats
-  burpees
-  stretching

 WOD change: instead of 26# KB, I used 30# dumbbell.








 



Results:









Check out the depth of that squat!!

 
and again in action, 120#

 30# dumbbell snatch -- kills the grip!!

I'm so fast the camera can't even catch me -- yeah....
