Warmup/Strength/WOD:



RESULTS:

135# back squat x3

110# push press -- had to lower to 105#; can't you tell why??

65# cleans into thrusters -- feel much better with the Rogue shoes. I'm a HUGE fan of them now!!

Double-unders without my own personal rope, that's just the length I need, pretty much suck
