 New 1RM for CJ = 120#!!!











 
Awful jerk part; I think this was only 80# at this time, but apparently I couldn't make up my mind whether or not I wanted to do a split jerk or push jerk cuz I sorta combined the two. U-G-L-Y. No matter. What matters is that I hit a new 1-rep max at 120# for this, but we FREAKING FORGOT to get video of it. You'll just have to take my word for it....
