Do not use any of the five sets as "warm up"

Post weight for A and rounds complete for B

Result

A.   45#, working on press form without re-injuring shoulder
B.   7 rnds of pushups (2 complete rounds of strict chest to ground good forms before failing to hands off deck approach)
