I chose the 10min AMRAP on this one. WHEW! Got my $'s worth outta that one. My front squat is sooo weak.

Liz mentally prepping herself for the next one. I love it! We all wage internal battles with ourselves to see whether the head or the body wins the physical game!

Those first couple felt like I wasn't gonna make it up out of the bottom! That's why I was hanging out a bit in this vid...

Super glad she didn't get in straight-on shots. I know I HAD to have been making some ugly grimaces during this WOD!
