Tues, Nov 30

Last day of November. Where has the year gone? So I've started taking fish oil pills (3000mg a day). We will see if that doesn't help improve shoulder mobility as 3 doctors now have told me it should. Tami swears by them. It's been 2 days now, and I haven't had a fish burp yet....

FOOD

BF = 7 paleo pancakes, handful of m&ms

Snack = small piece of bday cake (can't wait for it to be all gone -- brought it to work to have others help me eat it)

Lunch =  some turkey, fajita steak meat w/ avocado, fresh squeezed orange/grapefruit juice

Snack =  2 tangerines, 5 paleo cookies, small piece of bday cake, apple

Dinner = banana w/ almond butter

RESULT = 20:37, but did 55# on the floor sweepers (windshield wipers), and did ring rows instead of pull-ups.
