Tues, 5/28 -- Morrison

Warmup/Strength/WOD:
"Morrison" -- Hero WOD
50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of:

Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

Box jump, 24 inch box

Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood




Results:
My time was 49:XX. I wasn't rushing through it due to having done Murph the day before, but I really struggled with this as my lower back felt like it wanted to cramp. So there was a lot of stopping and back rolling. I trudged through it to finish the stinkin' wod, so at least if nothing else I was proud of that. Last year at this time, I still wouldn't have even thought of doing another full wod after Murph!
