Warmup/Strength/WOD:




Work done not for time









working on sitting upright in a squat using weighted bar; also good for the hip flexors





getting there with the handstand holds/walks

 
now working on hip extension on the cleans; technique work

again, working on squat holds, but this time against the wall; just chillin
