Results:
Carey= CJ: (65x5, 95x3, 105x3, 105x3,110x1)
             7:59  1st couplet, 75# BS in 2nd couplet

Steve= CJ:  (95x5, 115x3 all 3, 135x1)
            9:38. 1st couplet, 75# BS in 2nd couplet --> not sure if he completed all 5 rnds...



Worked out with the future bro-in-law. I think I wore him out with this wod. It was a good one though; my legs and toosh were sore! As you can see from the pic above (featuring sis-in-law) we were visiting a gym back home. I guess that's the name of their weightlifting club. No weight lifters were in there though. We pretty much had the place to ourselves.
