 Working on snatch balance. This is very scary for me, and I work hard to find the "balance" between shoulder & front squat failure and "dropping it like it's hot"

4 back squats, 83#
6 box jumps, 24"
8 broad jumps


















Results:

 Back squats for strength were 83 - 113 - 123#
Completed 3 rounds + 7 broadjumps

 I barely did 1 rep at a weight that was way too heavy, before I changed out and finished at a much lighter weight. I started the new weight at rep #2 since I'd already finished 1 at the heavier weight. But I got chastised, so I began again. Over-achiever here just did 1 extra at a heavier weight. I'm all the better for it.  :P
