Warmup/Strength/WOD:




















Results:
Strength = nada; just worked on toe touches, stretching the hamstring
No box jumps yet, just step-ups. But I did the burpees unbroken, and for my back extensions I keep my elbows at a 90* angle & squeeze my shoulder blades as I lift up, holding for 2-count
