Warmup/Skill/WOD:






Skill I worked on was the jerk. Worked up to 53#, making sure form was good.
















Results:


  • Tried to do closer to strict pullups, but not quite strong enough. Used "frog kip" for pullups, as opposed to the all-out kip. Wasn't as fast with the pushups, but kept those strict. Happy about that!
  • However, it's quite apparent my squats have gone to poop in a handbasket!! I apparently lean forward way too much. Going to have to go back to square one on those. Bye bye bad habit. Must keep a beginner's mind!
