Mon, 1/23 -- Angie

Warmup/WOD:















Angie = 100 pullups, pushups, situps, air squats









RESULTS:
27:53 RX, not bad
  • Was thinking it was gonna take me closer to 33min
  • obviously my kipping PUs need work; I've been working more on strict & as a result my kips have slackened a little
  • Situps without using arm propulsion got hard really quickly at about rep 50
  • Concentration level reached maximum pitch during air squats, since I was struggling to work proper form & keep a more upright position, as opposed to an angle



1st rnd of pullups (notice the good kip & multiples)

the last few were one at a time; all I could do to just finish 100

Nothing like going into pushups when your arms are already shot...

... but minced meat by the time the last few FINALLY rolled around
