Warmup/Skill/WOD:








Skill = negative pullups (5x)

  • 35# for KB swing & SDHP
  • 14# med ball










Wall balls & KBs

During this wod, my back felt like it was trying to cramp up; it's probably due to the fact of how far I was leaning forward on the SDHPs. Once I rolled out the back and rested it a few minutes, it was inner thighs that really began to feel on fire! Luckily I woke up the next morning with only a slight soreness in them. Nothing that a little light stretching couldn't handle.
