Jax, Angelica, & I are all about on the same page, with each of us having our own unique strengths and weaknesses. With the Europa tournament coming up in August, we thought it'd be fun to do a little competition to help ourselves work harder. Out of 25 wods, whoever is the winner with either best times or reps will receive from each loser some sort of CrossFit apparel that costs less than $25.
Today's WOD was the first in that competition. Angelica did her early in the morning. I kicked it in the straight up heat at 6pm. I gotta admit -- I pushed myself a little harder. So hard, in fact, I was close to seeing spots and feeling faint.
