Results:
Not entirely happy with that one. Dunno if I just didn't warm up enough, or if taking off the week before or what. But I struggled through that one. It was challenge #1 of the benchmark wods for the LuRong Living Paleo Challenge. Since we do 3 benchmarks now and at the end of the challenge, I'm expecting to do much better the next time around! :)
