115# work of simply trying to drop under the bar (but obviously failing)
So I did the WU and went through the cleans, but coach wanted me to work on getting under the weight, so I went up until I couldn't anymore. Then worked just some pulls concentrating on hips/shoulder shrugs, and then tried to throw in a squat with it. I had to go back down in weight (115#) before I could get in and under WITH the weight, but then couldn't get back up with it. I was toast. That took about the entire hour so I didn't do the row/squat wod.
